Here is how your title page should be set up (please create a unique title)

Your final research paper order should be as follows:

Title Page

Outline (make sure that you write "Outline" on the top of the paper and write your thesis below)

The paper itself (place last name in upper right hand corner, you don't have to worry about page numbers)

The works cited page (make sure that you write "Works Cited Page" on the top of the paper)

* Besides the title page, you should not have your name or heading on the actual paper.  Also, you DO NOT need to write the question at the top eiter)
